Cinnamon Raisin
It came out alright, maybe a little dry, next time I'll make sure it has more thinner layers, but each layer didnt want to stick together well, back to the drawing board.

Attempting To Make Cinnamon Raisin Bread
This is my first attempt at making Cinnamon Raisin Bread (Wow Raisin is hard to spell!)
I've been "Perfecting" my White Bread recipe for a while now and I feel like I'm finally able to start "Messing" with it a bit. (It's all about making sure the consistency of the batter is *right* at the right time, more on that another time.)
So I took my White Bread recipe, swapped out some water for milk, added a bit more sugar and a tad less salt. Gave it its first rise, then after punching down I rolled it out in a rectangle and added a sugar/cinnamon mixture and then some raisins on top of that, then rolled it up and made sure the sides were closed and dropped it in an oiled baking tin. This is what it looks like before it goes in the oven (In about maybe 20 more minutes)
